BREEZE BLOWHEAD

The Breeze Cable Blowing Machine has been designed for the installation of micro cables. Small and portable with ergonomic controls, it can be used for external or internal use. The compliant double-driven cable rollers provide secure grip while safely handling the cable. The pushing force can be limited to suit the cable stiffness, and the speed control is fully adjustable between zero and maximum. There is a read-out to monitor the cable speed and distance. The machine is retained in a light-weight, robust aluminium housing. Features - capable of blowing fibre products in the 2.5mm to 8.0mm range - maximum inlet pressure of 15 bar - standard supply is 240 or 115V ac - can blow into a fibreflow microduct with a maximum diameter of 12mm - a mechanical buckle detector is incorporated into the device - the breeze comes with one set of cable inserts and one set of microduct inserts A range of tools and materials are available to compliment and assist in all fibreflow installations. A special tool kit is also available which contains specific items for a rapid install by the field engineer.
